Zurich International School, located in Switzerland, has taken the initiative to become fully operational on 100% green energy within the next month. Thanks to our dealer and installer, David Thommen at Elentec, we were able to install two smartflowers at the school. These installations not only help promote the project but also serve as an inspiring, unique, and engaging educational tool for everyone involved.

This project not only powers the school’s classrooms but also empowers its students to become future leaders in sustainability. The school is a non-profit that educates over 1,300 students from over 50 different countries! The smartflower is designed to attract the much-needed attention that green energy projects deserve, and Zurich International School plans to generate the majority of its energy through solar power. 

In educational environments, the smartflower is the perfect tool to promote sustainable awareness for students, who are the future leaders of the world and our societies. The inspiring aesthetic reminds those of the initiatives taken by each given institution as well. Zurich International School is very excited to have the smartflower leading the way in this endeavor as they wanted to bring a substantial amount of attention to not just the smartflowers but their energy project as a whole.
