We process the following categories of personal data: name, company, email address, phone number, address (no p.o. boxes), city, country, zip, information on how you heard about us and our products, your comments.

In order to adequately fulfil the intended purposes listed above, we refer to SmartFlower Solar, LLC as a data processor, domiciled in the US.In order to ensure the protection of your personal data in an adequate manner, we provide appropriate safeguards for transfers to third countries, specifically standard contractual clauses. 6 Storage period for personal data
We of course also observe the principle of storage limitation for personal data. This means that we will only process your data in accordance with (pre-)contractual obligation. Beyond that, we will only process your data if we are entitled or are obliged by law to process your personal data
