SmartFlower Tops Los Angeles Net Zero Sustainable Home

On September 3rd, members of the Greater Los Angeles Realtors Association (GLAR) Sustainability Working Group gathered in Santa Monica for an exclusive tour of a net zero sustainable home. The highlight of the tour was the iconic SmartFlower solar system, perched on homeowner Mike Wann’s flat roof which reduces environmental impact and increases property value.
A Home that Blends Design and Sustainability
With SmartFlower, Mike’s home blends architectural design with sustainability, representing the future of residential living.
